SprutCAM calculates lathe toolpaths and all other machining processes using the CNC machine’s native kinematics. This means that collisions between the machine axes and the workpiece are handled automatically when calculating the tool path.

Step 1: We receive the drawing from the customer whether in the form of .pdf, jpeg or 3d model i.e. .step, .iges format.

Step 2: We make the process sheet and pre-machining time and rate calculation.

Step 3: We manufacture the Sample part and then Export the package to the customer for
              them to verify/check the quality/dimensions/accuracy/surface finish of the Part

Step 4: After we get the Purchase order and confirmation from the customer we start
             the production.
